In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us (support@sparkcolours.in or whatsapp 7980774736) for a return authorization.
We accepts returns and exchange request within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders (Other than combo offer products). To return an item, please visit our website sparkcolours.in. Alternatively you can also contact us (support@sparkcolours.in or whatsapp 7980774736) with valid reason and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging along with MRP tags .
After receiving return request, our team will review and will contact you. The following documents are required for processing return
1. The invoice copy photograph
2. Actual received product photos
3. Parcel opening video
Without these documents, return request may be rejected
In some cases, where reverse pickup for returning the parcel not possible, in that case, you have to send the parcel to our address through India post or courier. Charge of India post or courier will be borne by our company.
Any items can be exchanged for one time only. Exchange/return of exchanged items can not be entertained
Policy for combo offer products :
1. Items on Combo offer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges individually . However one can exchange /return total combo set together.
2. Additional handling charges of Rs 150 will be applicable for refund or exchanges of apparel listed under Combo offer.
REFUNDS
The returned item, send by you, will be inspected at our facility. Once the returned item passed our inspection, you will be contacted by our team. Refund or exchange will be processed based on your choice. In case of refund, amount will be credited through digital payment mode within 3~5 business days. INVALID REASONS
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Sparkcolours®. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
